Credit Authorization Agreement

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that Elite Fund America LLC, along with its network partners, service providers, and authorized agents (collectively "we," "us," or "our"), may access your credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies — such as TransUnion, Experian, or Equifax — for the purposes described in this agreement.

We may use your credit information to:

• Verify your identity based on the details you provided.
• Assess your creditworthiness and identify financial products or services you may qualify for.
• Evaluate your current debt-to-income ratio.
• Obtain your credit score.

When you check rates or review loan offers through Elite Fund America LLC, we may conduct either a soft or hard inquiry on your credit report. A hard inquiry may impact your credit score; a soft inquiry will not.

You may withdraw this authorization at any time by contacting support@elitefundusa.com. Withdrawal will not affect actions taken before we receive your request.
